An older reference. Why didn't they dye Arnold's hair black for Conan?

I read all those Conan stories when I was younger. Almost every story includes a paragraph describing Conan. His size, his muscles....his BLACK hair.

Minor thing in terms of changing the character for a movie, but also SO EASY to fix.
